Frosty's got a Twitter

I drew Frosty...

I'm taking an information design class and for that class I'm using an illustration I made of Frosty the Snowman to show phase change (evaporation, condensation, etc). Frosty somehow made it onto Seattle Pacific University's Twitter page! Weird.

Thanks SPU web team!

In the spirit of finals week, here is a character study I'm working on for a powerpoint presentation. This little artsy lady is going to be the narrator.

Look, it's me! In a zine!

Look it's me! In a zine!

I got a feature in a super-awesome zine that is published at my school (Seattle Pacific University)– called Lingua. If you are reading this and you happen to attend SPU, you can pick up a copy FREE at various spots around campus.

Check out more about Lingua here.

A Record of Quiet Instrumentals

Blog.. I've been neglecting you. This needs to change.
Music is a huge inspiration for most artists, and I'm no different! I think I would find it impossible to work without it– not that I've tried. And anyone who knows me outside of this blog, knows what a HUGE Elliott Smith fan I am. So I thought I'd share one of my favorite recordings:

Elliott Smith Live at Club Congo (December 1st, 1994)

Listen to the Heatmiser cover "Antonio Carlos Jobim," which actually plays under "Needle in the Hay" because the recording is screwed up.
